Photographed in Gothenburg on 5 May 2013 during a visit by naval vessels.
Built at Djupvik's yard as a vedette (V11) and delivered in 1985 to the Swedish Navy as a patrol and rescue vessel. Initially based in Stockholm, but also served for a time on the island of Gotland. The armament originally included a 40 mm cannon, but this was soon removed to improve the boat's seakeeping. This boat was withdrawn from the Defence forces in 2004 and donated to the Home Guard, Sjövärnskåren, when she was modernised with new electronic navigation, computer and information systems. Now operated in the Southern SKV division and based at Karlskrona.
Displacement: 47 tons, Length: 24 m, Beam: 5.1 m, Draught: 1.5 m. Powered by 2 x MTU 8V 396 TB83 diesel engines producing 1,678 kW, max. speed: 23 knots, Crew: 4-11 depending on the task.
